THE AXARQUIA REGION The area where we are located “La Axarquía” is the region that occupies the eastern third of the province of Malaga, with a landscape that runs between the peaks of the Sierras de Almijara and Tejeda Natural Park (2,000 meters) to the Malaga coast. The slopes of the mountains that go down to the sea are dotted with a multitude of white towns; small, romantic, with a taste of the past and full of corners that will captivate you. The mild and sunny climate means that at the beginning of January the mountains begin to turn white from the almond blossom, and that spring awakens very early, in February the first flowers appear and the countryside is dressed in green.
