GENERAL INFORMATION

* adult only (21+)
* check-in time as of 15h
* checkout before 11h
* smoking forbidden indoor & outdoor
* vaping permitted outdoors
* plastic cubs use only near the pool
* pets are not allowed
* no additional visitors allowed
* any form of damage or breakage needs to be reported in writing immediately so we can define if it needs to be handled with the insurance company or not
* any form of damage or breakage that has not been reported during your stay and discovered during cleaning will be picked up with Airbnb and the insurance company
* towels are changed every three days and provided for one week stay
* bed linen is changed per week stay

CANCELLATION POLICY

* cancellations made [30] or more days prior to your scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund
* cancellations made [14] days prior to your scheduled arrival date will be refunded for 50%
* cancellations made within [7] days prior to your scheduled arrival date will receive no full refund

* a'no show' will pay the full cost of the booking
